What support does not cover

- Abuse reporting through support instead of the dedicated Report Abuse route
- Requests that include unnecessary sensitive personal, medical, financial, or student data
Security and verification boundaries
Support can explain how verification works and help investigate operational issues. Support cannot override a failed integrity result, rewrite ledger state, or change a hash-based verification outcome.
